BOAT DOCK & COVE

A good dock is the gateway to all water recreation. Our dock is located in a secluded cove with some of the best fishing, right off our dock!  There are 110v electrical outlets for charging batteries at each stall, and a fish cleaning station with water.  You can come and go 24 hours a day, which is important to night fishermen. When winds come up and swells develop, we don't get rough water. We even have free use of a 16-foot aluminum boat.We have regular and pontoon-sized stalls large enough for wide boats. EXPLORING LAKE NORFORK

David's Trail is a very unique hiking/biking trail that meanders along the Corps Of Engineer shoreline and passes right here below Rocking Chair Resort. David's Trail goes from Robinson Point all the way to the 101 Bridge. Just minutes from Rocking Chair are more well-maintained hiking/mountain biking trails that lead around Lake Norfork to some impressive bluffs. SWIMMING POOL

The Rocking Chair Resort swimming pool is the largest on Norfork Lake. In 2012, the inside of the pool and outside deck were resurfaced. There are also toddler steps at one end so that the wee ones can enjoy a safe, cooling splash too. Our pool has a slide. The non-slip cement patio surrounding the pool presents the sunbather with comfortable patio furniture and plenty of room to stretch out. But pool activity do not stop at sun-down. There are no RV sites on the premises; however, we are lucky to have the beautiful Robinson Point Park just minutes away.  Robinson Point is a perfect place for you family that needs RV parking.  It also has a beach and playground.  Contact arkansas.com for reservations.We launch and take out boats at Robinson Point Campground; your boats will be stored under our covered dock.  It is less than 1 minute from the resort....

PLAYGROUND and OUTDOOR GAMES

Young and old...enjoy a new paved basketball court, swing set, toy animals, teeter-totter, and horseshoes. We even have a field large enough for soccer or baseball. RECREATION HALL

Located right next to the Rocking Chair swimming pool is our air-conditioned recreation hall. Play pool, ping-pong, and fooz ball. Watch color cable TV (72 channels including ESPN2), or play cards and board games. Want to stay cool and out of the sun while your children swim? Take a seat inside and watch out the window! The recreation hall also makes a great place to meet friends and play games on rainy days, or for late night card games.The Recreation Hall is open 24 hours a day....
