Extra persons $10 per day, $30 per week. No extra person charges for kids under 13 years of age. Each pet is $25 per day, $125 per week. Cottage rentals include a free stall for your boat. (Stalls sized for pontoon boats are extra). Materials and specifications subject to change. Cottages do not include a 3% service fee.
Deposits & Cancellations
$300.00 deposit required for each week reserved. 4-bedroom cottage and secluded cottages require a $300.00 deposit.
We will hold verbal reservations 14 days pending receipt of deposit. Balance due upon arrival. To avoid any misunderstandings you will be charged for the number of days you reserved. In case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded upon rental of your cottage less a $20.00 handling fee.
$100.00 deposit required on Boat Rentals.
